Advice on a Miter Saw

Im looking for a new Back Saw to use in my Stanley 150 miter box and to cut sliding dovetail and rabbet joints in wider planks. Anybody

have any suggestions for me? Because of my limited space I can only get one so getting the optimum length is important. 14", 16" or  18"?
